HUMAN SERVICES

Making it easier for pro bono attorneys to defend immigrants and asylees.

We’ve worked with NIJC since 2016, providing ongoing strategy, design, and development for their website. It contains a wealth of resources for attorneys who volunteer to provide pro-bono services to immigrants and asylees, and for immigrants and asylees who are trying to make their way in a foreign country. Our main focus on the site is making the resources easy to find and manage.

Attorney Resource Library

Pro bono attorneys working on immigrant, refugee, and asylum cases can use custom filter and search options to quickly find useful information. This is critical as many of them are not immigration attorneys.

About National Immigrant Justice Center

Heartland Alliance’s National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) is dedicated to ensuring human rights protections and access to justice for all immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. Their website is a resource for them, and for the pro bono attorneys who volunteer to take their cases.

They're communicative and honest. We've had no surprises, and they're very good at setting the parameters.
